I was born in Tehran and have lived in Canada since 1990. After a year in Waterloo, Ontario, I moved to Winnipeg, where I earned my Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Manitoba.
I then worked as a senior software engineer. I always looked at what the market needed before solving an engineering problem, and that habit led me to develop a software product that contributed one third of the company's annual sales.
After moving to British Columbia, I brought the same analytical approach to real estate. Since 2003 I have helped buyers, sellers, landlords and investors across Greater Vancouver with careful pricing, clear explanations and firm negotiation.
