BiographyOriginally born in Tehran, Iran, I have been living in Canada close to two decades, since 1990. Originally, I spent about one year living in Waterloo, Ontario before moving to Winnipeg, Manitoba. After receiving my Ph.D. from Univerity of Manitoba in Electrical & Computer Engineering, I have joined a software company working as a senior software engineer. Even when I was working as an engineer, I always had the interest and talent to look at market's needs before tacking any kind of engineering problem. This kind of market-oriented mentality soon made me one of the most successful engineers in the company. I was very popular among the sales staff and was frequently invited in sales calls made to important clients. This soon helped me develop a software which contributed to one third of company's annual sales. Eventhough, working in engineering field was very rewarding in terms of intellectual satisfaction, but it did not satisfy my thirst for unlimited growth.
After moving to beautiful British Columbia, I decided to cultivate the other side of me, my sales and marketing side. This side accompanied with my analytical mind helped to make me a huge success in real estate, a path that sometimes takes decades for other people to master and accomplish.
Geographical Area of serviceI started my real estate career from Royal LePage Brookside Realty in Maple Ridge. At that time, the core of my clientelle came from Maple Ridge, Pitte Meadows, Tricity and Burnaby. Gradually, my circle of influence expanded as far as West Vancouver. In order to serve my clients, I decided to join ReMax Crest Realty in North Vancouver. Nevertheless, in order to be able to serve my clients from eastern part of Greater Vancouver area, I decided to reside in Port Moody.
